A Stephen Starr(er) restaurant, Washington Square carries on the Starr restaurant legacy in Philadelphia. The ivy covered white white walls in the courtyard is one of the first sights that beckon you into the gastronomic journey here. You could leave the beautiful outdoors to settle into the cozier indoors. High ceilings, a huge blue chandelier, Todd Oldham tiles, patches of greenery all over the place and a concrete bar make this place all the more interesting.
