Located on the 19th floor of the Park Hyatt this airy, spohisticated cafe features pearl-covered chandeliers, local art, and city views normally only reserved for pilots and small, migratory birds. Menu items range from a seasonal selection of over 20 types of crustacean, to chef Richard Hebben's masterful creations such as Braised Cheeks with Red Wine Cabbage and Jerusalem Artichoke Puree. Music from Europe's Bang and Olufsen Sound will float across the tables to the marble-topped bar as you sip on international wines and nibble delectable sweets with names like Warm Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Bread Pudding with Raspberry Sauce.
