What started as a tiny little shack in Scottsdale has grown into arguably the Valley's best known and loved Cajun eatery. Chef/owner Kay "Baby Kay" Romero serves up Cajun classics like etouffee, gumbo and jambalaya in an expanded Scottsdale restaurant. All the Cajun staples can be found here with an emphasis on spice and southern seafood (catfish, crawfish). A good selection of Louisiana beers is available. Dinner entrees average about $15.
