Named not for the Turkish city but for the owners, Cafe Istanbul—Lebanese cafe offers exotic tastes in a comfortable atmosphere. It was voted "Best Middle Eastern" restaurant by the Arizona Republic. It is a favorite with Arizona State University students and fans of ethnic cuisine. The atmosphere is casual, with scattered Middle Eastern accessories and a lively, college town clientèle.
