This spacious and subtly-decorated dining room features contemporary Southern and Southwestern cuisine prepared using the finest fresh local ingredients and organically-grown produce. The Smoked Salmon Napolean is an attractive starter, with layers of potato wafers, salmon, caper sour cream and red onion. A Rosemary-Grilled Lamb Loin is perched atop a Parmesan rice pudding, napped with a spearmint-accented jus. Barbecued Swordfish comes with crawfish fritters on the side.
