This Mexican restaurant with the Irish last name has been popular for more than two decades. Located across from the new Hampton Inn & Suites, enjoy Chimichangas (deep-fried burritos) filled with beef, chicken or machaca (reconstituted dried beef) then topped with red or green chili sauce.
