The exhibition kitchen is the focal point of this stylish bistro in the beautiful el Pedregal Festival Marketplace. The kitchen staff puts on quite a performance preparing wood-oven and rotisserie appetizers and entrees. From the wood-fired Manila clams to the Chicken-on-a-Spit, Pork Loin Chop and wood-fired pizzas, nearly every menu item does time in the oven and comes out the better for it.
