When you are dedicated to just one thing, you have to do it well; and the chefs do. A dozen variations of classic sandwiches are offered, from "Monsieur" with double ham, mushrooms, tomato, mozzarella and lettuce to more exotic choices like the "Mademoiselle" with corn, mushrooms, peppers, jicama, onions, tomato, mozzarella and lettuce.
