This eatery features a straightforward selection of Indian dishes, prepared to match your spice tolerance. The restaurant decor has a slightly formal feel, but casual dress is perfectly appropriate and the service is gracious and accommodating. Chicken, lamb, beef, shrimp and vegetables take the form of Kormas made with yogurt, nuts and ghee (Indian butter) sauce. Vindaloos with a spicy sauce made with chile peppers; Saags are prepared with mild Indian gravy. The Tandoori is roasted in a special Tandoor oven.
