Once you get past the white-bricked facade, this restaurant feels like home. Maybe it's the subtle colors and decor that Mother would approve of, or possibly the quiet flames of the fireplace. Whatever it is, it sets an appropriate ambience for the stick-to-your-ribs meal to come. Specializing in smoked and barbecued Iowa pork, this restaurant, though new, is enjoying a happy success.
