Before many of Scottsdale's other Chinese "fine dining" restaurants opened, there was Eddie Chan's, serving sophisticated fare in a pretty setting. Among the Chef's special offerings are mussels with black bean sauce ($9.50), Fu Zhou noodles stir-fried with shrimp, chicken and pork, chicken with champagne sauce and gourmet vegetables with black pepper sauce. At lunch, more than a dozen combinations are offered. Full bar service is available.
