This Arizona Center Cajun bar and restaurant is usually as jam-packed as Bourbon Street at Mardi Gras. The place has a loud and lively atmosphere complete with Mardi Gras memorabilia and Xydeco music. An entire wall of frozen drink mixers forms the back of the bar area.
