The Art Institute of Phoenix's Culinary Program, under Chef Bill Sy's direction, operates this cafe to showcase the talents of chef-in-the-making. Seating is limited and reservations fill up fast, so call far in advance. Dinner seating offered twice nightly. The minimalist dining room is accented by the artwork of the Institute's design and graphics students. Windows on one wall look into a production kitchen.
