What they also have, despite the Irish-sounding name, is genuine German cuisine. Remember the movie Murphy's Romance? They have the bar from that film at this cute little downtown Glendale cafe. Choose from a full selection of schnitzels, sauerbraten, and wursts, plus a comforting German-style potato salad and what local food critics have said is the best strudel in town. Most dinner entrees are $8-12. Beer and German wines are available at about $3-5.
