This down-home barbecue joint dishes up Memphis-style, slow-cooked meats with sides of beans, slaw and potato salad. Hot sausage links are also a popular menu item. The Central Avenue location offers booths and cafeteria-style service. If it is cool outside, you can eat on the patio. The Van Buren location is more roadhouse than restaurant. Worn furnishings and rustic decor adds appropriate charm.
