Not to be confused with the larger and currently more fashionable C-Fu Gourmet restaurants, this Tempe restaurant's cuisine is every bit as masterfully prepared. A C-Fu is a Chinese master chef, by the way. Among the standout dishes on the menu are many "sizzling" items, including two varieties of steak, chicken and seafood. Duck is available either roasted or crispy, by the half or whole bird. Chinese hot pots also add to the fiery format of the restaurant.
