Two New York expatriate brothers are bringing a taste of New York to Valley diners that get cheers (but not of the "Bronx" variety) from nearly everyone who has tried this pizza. The brothers even claim to import water from New York to give the crust a truly authentic flavor. Pizza toppings run mainly toward the tried-and-true with a few exceptions.
