Since 1928, Valley residents have flocked here for fajitas, enchiladas, tamales and that favorite border-style breakfast, Huevos Rancheros (eggs smothered in green chile and tomato sauce, served with beans, rice and tortillas). The "Mary Lou," a folded cheese crisp that is a true Arizona tradition, makes a great shared appetizer. Mexican and Latin American live music plays on Friday and Saturday nights, Wednesdays feature Swing Time and Mariachis play on Sundays. Located in Old Town Scottsdale, south of Indian School Road.
