Located within the posh Boulders Resort in the far North Valley, this restaurant has been named Phoenix's "Best Southwestern Restaurant" by the Arizona Republic. Local ingredients are used to create flavorful and colorful regional cuisine, and you can even see dishes being prepared in the exhibition kitchen. Organic fruit and fresh pastries are some of the delightful breakfast fare. Service plates are handmade by a local potter. Choose to be seated either in the dining room, or outside on the patio overlooking the golf course. The menus includes such dishes as "Adobo-Braised Duck Tamales" and "Red Chile-Marinated Quail."
