The Valley's first restaurant offering the cuisine of New Mexico is still one of the finest. Because of its popularity, it is often crowded, so expect a wait; but it is worth it. Santa Fe-style furnishings and decor give the bar area and dining room an authentic southwestern ambiance. New Mexican red and green chilies accent many items on the menu.
