This Italian Bistro overlooks the lagoon at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. Singing servers and complimentary Sandolo (gondola-like boats) rides make this a fun and festive dining experience. Traditional Northern Italian cuisine is served, and selections have included Spezzatino alla Cacciatora, sauteed tenderloin of beef with mushroom pepper sauce, Vitello Saltimbocca alla Romana, sauteed Veal Scaloppine with sage and prosciutto, Gamberi Fra' Diavolo and sauteed shrimp in a spicy tomato sauce (entrees range USD12-20).
