Nationally known Chef Robert McGrath has taken "cowboy cooking" to a whole new level at his Scottsdale venue. This restaurant takes diners on a taste tour of the Western United States, from Colorado to California. Samplings of Chef McGrath's signature dishes include Mustard-Crusted Rainbow Trout with Sweet Potato Fries, Hickory-Braised Beef Short Rib and Sugar & Chile-Cured Duck Breast. Full bar service is offered, with Happy Hour from 4p-7p Monday through Saturday. Entrees are in the USD19-27 range.
