Petti di Pollo Pepe (grilled chicken breast with garlic, peppers, and spinach), Pasta Gamberetti e Pinoli (linguine with shrimp, pine nuts, mushrooms and spinach) and Salsicce con Polenta (grilled Italian sausages, onions and peppers with creamy polenta).
