On a surfing trip to Baja, founder Ralph Rubio discovered fish tacos. Obtaining the recipe, he brought this unique taste treat back home to share with his friends. The multi-colored tables and the beach photos help lend an air of laid-back Baja atmosphere to the place. A far cry from their original walk-up stand. Using fresh salsa, homemade guacamole, lean beef and skinless chicken breast, this place serves up a spicy, healthy mix.
