Since it opened, this sophisticated Southwestern cafe has been setting the Scottsdale dining scene on fire. Put out the heat with a frozen Arizona Margarita while you peruse the menu. Chef's specialties make the most of local fresh ingredients and are designed to appeal to both aficionados of spicy food and those who like their meals milder. Dishes from the menu include beef tenderloin roll stuffed with Anaheim chiles and Dungeness crab ($21.95), roasted Ancho pork tenderloin ($17.95), Chimayo Chile crusted Ahi Tuna ($15.95).
