Named after the Polynesian classic, Trader Vic's in Hotel Valley Ho is a delightful spot for an evening meal. Start with a 'Jumbo Crab Cake' served with Cellophane Noodle Salad. There's more to come before you finish off with the 'Crab Cake'. Ask for a 'Kung Pao Chicken' prepared with cashews and celery, or 'Szechwan Prawns' made in fresh chillies and garlic. A 'Crispy Duck' in Hoisin Sauce is just too filling. Did you say 'Dessert'? There's Trader Vic's Dessert sampler for you!
