Looking for an inexpensive room after the game or cactus league training? Here's the place. It is nothing fancy, just simple rooms with televisions and telephones. Built in 1963, this modern-style facility was remodeled most recently in 1995. Non-smoking rooms are available in limited number, please call in advance for them. Located in downtown Tempe, within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants and bars. If you come in December, don't miss the fall Tempe Arts Festival.
