This casually elegant resort restaurant is named for its sweeping views of the Phoenician's championship golf course. Inside the dining room, subdued Southwestern furnishings are accented by artwork and pottery crafted by local artisans. The seasonally changing regional American menu utilizes indigenous Arizona ingredients. The menu features Tortilla Crusted Red Snapper with a sweet garlic froth and tempting Mole Basted Harrison Chicken Breast, served with tomatillo salsa and Fire Roasted Chili Potatoes.
