Alberta Art and Culture Pavilion Multiple use neighborhood venue

This ambitious new project does not look like much yet, just a big room with a cement floor. But a grassroots group in the Alberta neighborhood is changing this space into a venue for art, theater, dance classes, music and literary performances. Plans include building a stage and putting in seats for 125 people. On the weekends, there will also be an outdoor artisan market outside the building. For now, you can at least catch an art show.
