Grab the opportunity to visit Andina - it serves Peruvian food and isn't caught in that grey area that occupies fusion food. Using only the freshest ingredients, it guarantees authentic Peruvian cuisine and first up on the order should be the Cebiches De La Casa, which has been labelled as 'Peru's Flagship Dish' - it comprises of raw foods cooked with a host of ingredients, such as key lime and hot pepper. For the main course, visitors have the option of choosing from traditional Peruvian dishes (Seco De Cordero, Locro Serrano Con Granos Andinos - a vegetable stew) or a modern selection of dishes. For dessert, try the Dulicitas, which is a platter of traditional sweets or try the restaurant's signature dessert, the Mousse De Maracuya - Passionfruit Mouse.
