Number 300 has seen many days and its life here in Astoria has been good. The old electric car is a long-term loaner from the San Antonio Museum of Art. In trade for the "loan," Astoria promised to renovate the antique trolley. Volunteers restored this 40-seat machine and now operate the car daily. Ride the trolley as long as you like because the fare is only $1. The trip includes tales of local history and attractions. Review © 2009, Wcities |
