Stir-frying Mandarin and Hunan cuisine, this restaurant has great front-row seats for the passing sidewalk show. Although it is not Portland's most posh Chinese eatery, the menu is filled with favorites and the location is key. Free delivery is offered for orders more than $15 during lunch (11:30am-2pm) and dinner (4:30pm-10pm). Another asset is the free parking next door after 5:30pm or behind the restaurant after 6pm.
