There are few restaurants in Portland that offer fine Spanish dining, but with this one in town, there is no reason to search for another. The establishment is known for its tapas and providing excellent food at a low price. Stop in for happy hour (4:30p-7p Monday-Friday) for tapas and drink specials. Try the sauteed prawns in chile oil or the marinated octopus. After 10p Thursday-Saturday, you can dance your dinner away to some salsa beats. There is a full bar and live flamenco guitar music.
