Built on the space previously occupied by a juvenile detention center, this beautiful park and its elaborate playground are just what kids are looking for. Now that they're no longer forced to be here, they love to be here. A good place to stay out of trouble, the park also offers a basketball court, built on the former concrete floor of the juvenile home. It's a nice park in often-overlooked Northeast Portland.
