A perfect neighbor to the Tugboat Brewing Company, this spot concentrates on eats while the latter focuses on brew. This downtown cafe serves up the same incredibly good, inexpensive fare. The menu is somewhat short and sweet, but it covers all the favorite Mexican basics, from burritos and tortas to tacos and quesadillas.
