If you can figure out what Progressive American cuisine is, then you have an idea of the items served at this restaurant. If not, look down the menu and order what you like - a safer bet nonetheless. Harrison has been lauded by critics as the 'Best Downtown Power Lunch Restaurant in Portland' (City Search 2005). Try Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Grilled Wild Salmon, Sweet Pea and Shitake Mushroom Risotto or more subtle dishes, such as Linguine and Clams or Baby Spinach Salad. Come by on a Monday and enjoy wine specials through the night; these are served from Tuesdays through Sundays, after 8p too. Another highlight here is the Blue Room - the city's first cigar lounge that has ingenuously added a separate air purifier, to keep the environment as smoke-free as possible. Review © 2009, Wcities |
