Just east of the Hawthorne bridge, you'll find a uniquely Portland mixture of a reggae, pirate-themed sports-bar. Caribbean memorabilia mingles with pool tables and darts. While the food tends to be rather standard bar fare, it sure is cheap. Everything on the late-nite menu from 11p-close is only $2 and there are $4 lunch specials every day. The place fills up for free Reggae jams every Friday and Saturday night from 10p-close, so get there early and grab a pitcher.
