There is an art to rolling sushi. The rice must be cooked just right, the nori must be handled with care, and the vegetables should be sliced thinly. The sushi here is prepared with this attention to detail and with the finest ingredients, all of which make for a deliciously fresh meal. The other entrees are tantalizing as well: thick curries served over rice or baked teriyaki salmon that melts in your mouth, even the miso soup is a masterpiece.
