At the northern-most tip of North Portland, at the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette rivers, lies this 96-acre park dotted with picnic areas and marked by a looping 40-mile trail. A large natural-sand beach and an isolated location attract many people to this park. It is ideal place to take in Portland's natural skyline, dominated by Mount St. Helens and Mt.
