You'll find the Portland Winter Hawks here from September through March. While they're the main attraction on ice, there are other skating shows and competitions here. Concerts and other community events are scheduled throughout the year in this little cousin of the Rose Garden. Located near the Convention Center in Northeast Portland, the stadium is an oval-shaped coliseum encased by a large glass housing. It keeps Portlanders dry and comfortable while they're being entertained. Next to the Rose Garden, it's the biggest draw to the Rose Quarter. Review © 2009, Wcities
