The old red building is deceiving. Inside the staid facade lies a gem of a seafood eatery. Dungeness crab, clam chowder, steamer clams, crab Louis, smoked seafood chowder... take your pick—the food arrives fresh and lip-smacking. Those not big on seafood can try the sandwiches or hamburgers and wash it down with a pitcher of beer. Anyone who gives Pal's Shanty a pass has certainly missed on something good.
