Part East African-style market and part exotic restaurant, this is like no corner store you have ever been to. This is a near institution in this predominantly African-American neighborhood. The portions are huge and tasty, and there are few places in Portland where you will feel more at home. There are a few tables by the window, which allows the mixed crowd of diners to enjoy the natural light. Try the vegetarian dishes served on Injera - African flat bread.
