Originally founded in 1893 by father and son Samuel and Billy Welch, this mountain resort was most recently overhauled in 1989. The Scottish theme runs throughout, from the three 9-hole golf courses to The Tartans Inn & Pub where Scottish clan tartans paint the walls with color. Enjoy the mountain air while golfing, playing croquet, bowling on the greens or swimming in the heated outdoor pool. Close to Mount Hood, you can even get in a little skiing or snowboarding.
