Turn of the century trip |
603 Sixth Street Portland, OR 97045 +1 503 655 2866 http://www.endoftheoregontrail.org/stevns.html |
Built in 1907, this museum was once the home of prominent citizens of Oregon, Mary Elizabeth Crawford and Harley Stevens. It still contains the original antique furnishings of both the owners and other long passed prominent citizens of this area. The classic foursquare architectural style was popular in the 1910s and '20s so tours through the museum are like taking a trip back in time to the turn of the century. Admission is USD4 general; USD3 for seniors; USD2 for children; USD10 for families. Cash only. Review © 2009, Wcities |
