A favorite of Reed College students, this relaxed neighborhood bar boasts an extensive beer selection, even for Portland. Visit between 3:30-6:30pm for $8 happy hour pitchers. Dimly lit and cavernous as a bar should be, this shag-carpeted, multi-level palace boasts many $0.50 pool tables. Don't let the simple signage fool you – this pub delivers an excellent pour, though you might want to eat elsewhere. On Tuesdays, women (and men dressed as women) get happy hour prices all night.
