One of a handful of restaurants that prepares meals with local organic products, this restaurant's attentive approach to cuisine is refreshing. Light wood, earthy colors and smooth music help create the atmosphere; the helpful and friendly servers are delightful. From the diverse breakfast menu, try the Vegan Corn Cake, topped with apple butter, hazelnuts and soy butter, or the breakfast burrito, which can be prepared with eggs, tofu or tempeh.
