Only a few blocks from the 23rd Avenue shopping district, this well-equipped park is located deep in downtown's Northwest. Chapman Elementary School is situated across the street, and the school's Parent-Teachers Association plays an active role in keeping the park safe and updated. The picnic facilities are great for group gatherings, although there aren't any on-site cooking facilities. Some of the park's highlights include a wading pool and horseshoe pit.
