Established in 1921, this 13-acre park received an overhaul in 1997 and now boasts a playground, paths and restrooms. The addition of artwork to the grounds was the feature most appreciated by the community. A nice balance of old-growth deciduous and evergreen trees provide a colorful show throughout the year. One picnic area has 18 tables, and you can rent this spot from the city for your private event. Softball fields and tennis courts will help you work off the calories from that picnic lunch.
