This gallery is situated in the third courtyard of the magnificient Prague Castle. The artists elegantly represented here include the likes of Rubens, Tintoretto and Veronese. Most of the paintings date back to the time of Emperor Rudolf II. His Prague court were particularly partial to scenes of gods, nymphs and satyrs cavorting in classical landscapes.
