Koliba is a step back in time with live dulcimer bands and dancers decked out in folk costumes performing nightly under rustic wooden alcoves or on a small stage. The cuisine is as traditionally Czech as the entertainment and service. Dive into old world recipes featuring pork, beef and chicken complemented by Moravian vintages.
